We started Story Co. with one simple belief: every home has a story to tell. Our goal is to help homeowners across Central Oregon write their next chapter through complete design + build services that transform how they live.

Steve brings years of hands-on construction experience and leads each project from foundation to finish with precision and care. Erica brings her interior design expertise to every job, ensuring each space is both beautiful and functional. Together, we’re a complete team that handles everything from initial design concepts to final construction details.

We’re based in Bend and bring a comprehensive, design-forward approach to every renovation and remodel. Whether it’s a full kitchen transformation, a spa-like bathroom retreat, or a custom addition that gives you room to grow, we guide you through the entire process. Clean lines, thoughtful material selection, and expert craftsmanship define our work.

While Story Co. is our newest chapter, it’s built on years of real experience in both design and construction. We’re not just contractors who build, and we’re not just designers who hand off plans. We’re both, working as one team to bring your vision to life. Every detail matters, and we treat every project like it’s our own home.

We recently hired Steve and his team to tile our guest bathroom, laundry room, and both the floor and a walk-in shower in our master bath. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. They were flexible in working around our schedule and even completed the project while we were away on vacation. Their pricing was very fair, and they went out of their way to suggest cost-saving options without compromising quality. Despite a few unexpected challenges on our end, they remained accommodating and professional throughout. The craftsmanship and attention to detail in the finished product are outstanding.
